特にご高齢の方は普段から歩く事を意識しているという方も多いと思います。
果たして「ウォーキング」=「膝に良い」認識で大丈夫でしょうか❔❔
答えはNOです❕
お膝が痛い状態で頑張ってウォーキングを行うのは痛みを増悪する可能性が高く
悪くなったお膝で痛みを我慢して歩く事は、トレーニングにはならないのです。
「痛くなったら休んでるから平気。」こんなお話も良く聞きます。
痛くなるまで歩いて休んで、また歩き出して痛くなるまで歩いて…を続けるのはウォーキングとは言い難く、お膝にとっては苦行です?
関節に痛みを伴う運動はお休みして頂きたいです?
無理にウォーキングを行う事はお勧め致しません?
